Cancellation Policy
As with all services whether Seasonal, Monthly or One-Time cleaning, Crumps is here to serve the community. In doing so, it is vital that customers keep their book appointments so that others can be served in a timely manner. Crump's will apply a non-refundable servicing fee depending on the plan you have chosen for appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. We know emergencies happen, but please be vigilant and compassionate to our service men and women that are doing their best to give you the best cleaning experience possible. Once Memberships are booked and paid for, Crump's will provide the following cancellation options: *Client may cancel yearly membership(s) at anytime for a one-time $80 cancel service fee. * Monthly membership cancellation fee will be $ $180.00 * One-Time cleaning cancellation fee $20.00 Crump's offers Emergency Cleaning Services: * Emergency Cleaning available for $50 per can, one- hour prior notification needed.
